About Me
I'm CatoAnd I'm One
Of The Top Instructors Out There
Cato started his line dance profession back in 1997. In those days, there were not many who knew what line dance was. At least not in Norway. He was not the first one with regular line dance classes, but he was the first one who took it to the next step. He established a standard for how to run classes, how to teach, how to use music, how to implement dance technique and so on. Since then, many clubs have tried to copy his methods, but he still is the leading act!
Running from 6 to 10 classes every week, since 1997, in addition to his traveling nationwide and internationally, he has developed a huge amount of knowledge and experience. His teaching skills are among the best in the world.
Cato is a busy, but down to earth person. Always working. Either dancing, choreographing, DJ’ing or traveling. It’s a shame Cato isn’t competing. He’s a great dancer, but as he says; “He’s not the competing guy”.
But he’s a great social dancer. Cato has a lot of beloved dances. Dances like Burning, Hold On, She Danced, Am I?, Alfie and Tired Of Being Sorry, Lookout, Cadillac Tears have travelled the world, and given Cato the opportunity to travel nationally and internationally to teach.
A quick search on youtube.com for Cato Larsen, gives a lot of hits. Try and see for yourself what’s he’s about.
A friend on the dancefloor!
